Overview

The Sales Manager, Media Network will catalyze growth and be a strategic partner for clients and internal teams. This role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored media campaigns that drive revenue growth. By leveraging market insights, industry trends, and cross-functional collaboration, the Sales Manager, Media Network will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, maintaining a competitive edge, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization. Ultimately, the success of the Sales Manager, Media Network will be defined by their ability to secure and retain new clients, contribute to the organization's overall growth, and serve as a trusted advisor in the ever-evolving business landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with new clients across external brand partners and agencies, leading to increased PF Media Network revenue.
  • Responsible for driving end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to sales closing while maximizing revenue and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Be the primary point of contact for media agencies and new advertising channels that emerge within the PF Media Network.
  • Be established as a subject matter expert internally and externally to provide industry knowledge and best practices as you work to build the sales pipeline.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners’ business to help sell in media campaigns that support their KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication across all partners, regardless of lifecycle stage.
  • Work closely with Account Managers in support of contracts, pricing and negotiation and other operational responsibilities
  • Leverage in-house CRM tools to maintain a clear view of sales pipeline and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience selling digital media and client-facing campaign sales
  • Possesses superior networking and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently identify new leads, close sales, and generate revenue with direct advertising partners and agencies
  • Proven track record of media sales negotiations, account planning, and account management
  • Possesses the drive and motivation to create and grow a new book of business
  • Self-starter, strategic in nature, but also able to execute
  • Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized, with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives
  • Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally
  • Creative, progressive, thought leadership with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Possess a results-driven entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating initiative and creativity
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and organizational leadership skills
  • Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in a highly fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment
  • Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude!
  • Passion for fitness, fitness apparel/merchandise, a plus
