The Sr. Manager, Internal Communications will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of all internal communications initiatives to inform and inspire Planet Fitness’ key stakeholders, including Planet Fitness Club Support Center (CSC) team members, field-based team members, and franchisees. This role will provide critical communications counsel and support to the Executive Leadership Team including the Chief Executive Officer, while providing strategic internal communications counsel to key stakeholders including team members, franchisees, and club managers.
This role will oversee the strategy and execution of all Company communications which includes messages from the CEO and other executives, leading and managing the content for all franchisee conferences and quarterly franchisee and CSC Town Halls as well as conferences and events, and executing internal newsletters to team members, franchisees, and clubs, along with other internal Company announcements. The Sr. Manager, Internal Communications will also work collaboratively with the HR team to lead PF’s employer brand communications externally on third-party employer sites, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and more.
This role is based out of our Hampton, NH office following our hybrid work schedule.
