As a key member of the Strategy leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Director of Enterprise Analytics will be instrumental in shaping and driving the company’s analytics strategy and decision-making capabilities. This role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics, business intelligence, and performance metrics to inform and influence strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and business growth.
The Director of Enterprise Analytics will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data and insights agenda, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure that data-driven insights are aligned and integrated into all aspects of the business, including creating and maintaining an enterprise dashboard/scorecard that tracks insight use and impact across functions.
This role requires a combination of strategic thought and tactical execution with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-impact analytics initiatives, building data-driven cultures, and influencing key business decisions. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring that data and insights drive both short-term performance and long-term strategic success for the company.
