Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager, Corporate Clubs will report directly to the Director of Marketing, Corporate Clubs and will play a pivotal role in the long-term success of the company. This position will support the Corporate Club Marketing team by implementing and managing the regional and local marketing strategies of the business. The right candidate should have a strong grasp of contemporary marketing tactics and strategies and be able to develop local marketing campaigns from concept to execution and measurement. The Sr. Marketing Manager will coordinate collaborative day-to-day efforts and campaign execution with support from two Marketing Specialists. Additionally, this role will work directly with the local Operations teams to strategize local marketing needs, communicate campaigns & programs, and provide an evaluation of results.    

 

This role will be based out of our Orlando, FL office following our hybrid work schedule. 

Responsibilities

  • Work as a critical part of a dynamic team to strategize, formulate and execute local and regional marketing plans. 
  • Utilize analytics tools, reporting & operations insights to identify local marketing needs & recommend campaigns/programs based on DMA nuances. 
  • Provide strategic direction and support for local marketing efforts, including the development and ongoing optimization of local marketing tools. 
  • Lead online & community pre-sale campaigns, including planning, reviewing media plans, coordinating with Operations teams, and guiding grand opening events.
  • Manage creative needs, including recommending optimizations, providing art direction for design partners, and overseeing trafficking.
  • Oversee a 12-month promotional calendar with detail on local & regional promotions. 
  • Manage deliverables for partnerships, including creative requests, sweepstakes and promotions, and fulfillment of materials. 
  • Oversee media opportunities with PR agency and local Operations partners. 
  • Manage special projects and marketing campaigns that support revenue driving initiatives, including coordinating production of marketing materials, communicating to Operations partners, and tracking performance. 
  • Lead marketing events by providing direction and marketing support to field team partners.
  • Oversee marketing communications and act as day-to-day contact for Regional Operations Managers.
  • Work with internal teams to analyze marketing initiatives to inform ongoing optimizations. 
  • Support accounting needs, including quality control partner billing, manage PO requests, and process invoices
  • Travel to clubs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency account management. Media planning experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Asana, SharePoint, and Salesforce a plus
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying opportunities and devising marketing campaigns that drive sales
  • Demonstrable experience working with larger teams to drive results
  • Ability to travel to clubs by car or plane, as needed
  • Franchise or franchise-related experience is helpful but not required
  • Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectives 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization 
  • Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally 
  • Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
